Q:  What is the MLS?

A:  The MLS, short for the Multiple Listing Service, provides a realtime database of properties currently offered for sale that is searchable by Realtor members.  You can use the link above to search by area, price, property type etc.  It allows me to book showings for my clients to ANY broker's property istings.

3 Tips on using search tools for Real Estate:

• You CAN search WITHOUT registering.  I don't require your email address before you search.  I don't send spam, and don't want to feed you dribble in my email drip system.  If you have a question regarding a property, just call, email, text me and I am happy to help.  Use the button "FREE MLS SEARCH" on the right to begin.
• Registering allows you to use the SearchSaver function of the MLS Search.  You can then save favorites and search parameters for your own records.  You must provide an email address to register for this feature.  Once you register, I assume you do not have an agent, and I may contact you via email or phone to say hello and see if I can assist with referrals to great lenders, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, etc. (I'm very friendly and will go away if you ask).  When you're ready to register, click on the login tab on the toolbar at the top of the search page.  Again, use the button "FREE MLS SEARCH" on the right to begin.
• Contact me for acces via Connect MLS.  This means you're getting serious.  Connect MLS is the next step which allows me to send you timely alerts for properties that fit your search profile, so you are one of the first to know it's available, greatly increasing your odds of getting the best buy.  This is the BEST way to get properties delivered via a direct MLS portal.
